Was talking to Tony Davis who created the Sundowner 16. He created the plugs and mold for it and made them for sale. At this posting he didn't have a photo handy but said it looks like a small O'Day 20, but shorter. Later the Cortez 16 and Drifter 17 were created using his hull. Dwyane Carter made the Cortez 16 and Mike Salmon did the Drifter 17. Mike put a short bowsprit on, so it made it a 17. Tony has a few friends that have both.
